Dump Ranch Dip
~Trim Healthy Mama Friendly~
I tried this dip at a friends place last week and it was DELICIOUS! It was a real crowd pleaser too so I knew I had to share it with ya’ll.
Check Out the Recipe Below…
- 1 Cup of Light Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1TB of Lemon Juice
- 1 Drop of Young Living Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
- 2TB Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 3/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (stirred)
- 3TB Dried Parsley
- In a jar blend everything but the parsley for one minute with an immersion blender (starting from the bottom and moving up so it thickens).
- Add parsley and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
