I don’t have Swanson’s protein powder. So I was wondering how much a 1/4 scoop is. Would you guess like maybe a tablespoon? Thanks.

Can I substitute xanthan gum for the gluccie in this recipe? And would it be the same amount?

Yes you can always sub xanthan gum but I’ve never actually used it. Test out the same amount and see how it goes. Add more if needed.

I have Super Sweet & Gentle Sweet. How much would I use? I know it’s not the same as “shakes” because that’s usually straight Stevia correct?

I would try a TB and then adjust to taste.
