Don’t Forget to Use It
By Terri Bonin
I had a very busy week last week. That’s an understatement but I won’t bore you with the details of the craziness that ensued. I was beyond tired, it felt like I was running on fumes, and my muscles hurt; a lot. I was hurting y’all!
It took me entirely too long to realize that…
I wasn’t taking my supplements! I felt so silly going through my week, suffering more and more, only to have an epiphany that there was something that could help and I had it in my kitchen cupboard! How ridiculous. Aminowise is a Young Living supplement that is specifically designed to support muscle recovery after exhaustive exercise. That was my whole week! I could have been experiencing far less discomfort had I just remembered to take what I already had on hand! (Insert facepalm here).
Last week I talked about the importance of being preventive instead of reactive and this week is just an additional reminder to use what you’ve got! Have it out so you can see it. Get a cute shelf and display those cute products that will change your life. There are so many supplements I could have taken to get me through my week a whole lot easier but instead, I struggled through it. I’ll be honest, I feel a bit foolish. Not anymore! Those supplements and oils are going to be out for the world (and me) to see! Don’t forget to use it!
