Just in time to cool down for the summer, these creamy strawberry popsicles are just the treat to help you stay on plan with your health journey while keeping you hydrated and adding in some protein to keep your energy levels high!

Keto Menu Plans
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup of raspberries (optional)
- 1/2 tsp of glucomannan
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Stevia to taste
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice or 1-2 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
- Blend together the strawberries and raspberries and while blending add the glucomannan.
- Add in the yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon essential oil, and stevia (taste and adjust as necessary).
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
