Crazy Blessed Smoothie

I love to make my mornings “top heavy.” If you have been through any of my coachings, then you know how important it is to get the majority of your work done in the morning. That’s when your willpower is strongest and you have fewer distractions. And in order to do that mighty work of yours, you need an awesome power-packed breakfast…something like my “Crazy Blessed” Smoothie!

This is basically a cup full of sheer awesomeness. Protein, antioxidants, vitamins, essential fatty acids, even stuff to make you sexy (watch the video).

If you need a powerful punch in the morning, skip the caffeine and go straight for this smoothie!

Crazy Blessed Smoothie

Crazy Blessed Smoothie

4-6 oz. nut milk (like cashew or almond)
4 oz. kefir
8 oz. water
handful of ice
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp oat bran
2 tsp maca powder
2 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup freshly ground flax meal
1/3 cup blueberries, mango or half a banana
as much spinach as you can humanly tolerate

Blend all ingredients into a delicious smoothie. Add more or less water, depending upon the consistency you want. Drink it up and be blessed like CRAZY!
