Really enjoyed this! It kind of reminded of a recipe my family makes called pink goop, but probably healthier and easier! Definitely hit that sweet tooth I was having!

Mine refused to spin in the blender (2%darigold cottage cheese, half-frozen raspberries, in osterizer blender). Does anyone else have that trouble? Would food processor be better?
    Thank you 🙂

Hmmn I haven’t had that issue! You could try a food processor though! I hope that fixes the issue because this recipe is delicious!

    Is this keto friendly?

    • laundrymoms says:

Yes! If you’re concerned just cut back a bit on the berries but everything else is perfectly fine.
