Cottage Berry Whip

~ Trim Healthy Mama & Keto Friendly ~

 

Check Out this week’s Trim Healthy Mama Recipe that is gonna be a keeper with the summer months right upon us! This light, yummy dessert like dish is sure to keep you dropping the pounds while feeling a bit indulgent! Just try and keep enough for yourself without the hubby and the kids wanting to eat your stash!

Trim Healthy Mama, Healthy Snacks, Healthy Deserts, Feeding a Family, Lose the Baby Weight, Lose Weight,

 

Ingredients: 

low fat cottage cheese (full fat for Keto) ~ berries ~ sweetener ~ vanilla ~ Whipping Cream (keto)

  1. Put 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup frozen berries in blender.
  2. Add THM Gentle Sweet to taste (Canadians get it here) or liquid stevia, 1/4 tsp. of vanilla, and 2TB of whipping cream for Keto, and blend well.
  3. Place in a parfait glass and enjoy!

    Really enjoyed this! It kind of reminded of a recipe my family makes called pink goop, but probably healthier and easier! Definitely hit that sweet tooth I was having!

    Mine refused to spin in the blender (2%darigold cottage cheese, half-frozen raspberries, in osterizer blender). Does anyone else have that trouble? Would food processor be better?

      Hmmn I haven’t had that issue! You could try a food processor though! I hope that fixes the issue because this recipe is delicious!

      Yes! If you’re concerned just cut back a bit on the berries but everything else is perfectly fine.
