Honestly, who doesn’t love people? We’re hard-wired to spend time with people and in community. Even if you deem yourself the biggest introvert on the planet, you still have the basic human need for connection and companionship.
This has been true for ALL of eternity. Why? Because God has been in community for all of eternity. God the Father, God the Son, God the Spirit have all dwelt together in community before time was established on the Earth. And because we humans are created in the image of God, it is etched in our DNA to desire connection with people.
One of my biggest desires in life is…
…to foster community in as many places as I possibly can. Whether it’s in my home, at my church, with my Young Living team, whatever it may be… I want a spirit of community to follow me where ever I go.
I’m so thankful for this season. What fun it is to be able to do life with people that you love! How about you? Are you craving community and don’t even realize it? It might be time for you to plug into connecting with other life-giving humans in order to soothe and support your soul.
