Commit to Your Health
By Meggan Larson
What if you focused on your health this year? I mean, what if ALL you focused on was your health this year? I don’t mean your weight, I mean your health. What if you didn’t try to lose a single pound at all? Am I giving you anxiety? I don’t mean to, I promise.
The thing is…
…if you don’t heal from the inside out, the outside won’t heal. The extra weight is just a symptom of what’s going on inside of you. If there’s inflammation running rampant throughout your body then the weight won’t come off. If you’re only pooping once every three days then your body isn’t eliminating properly and toxins are building up in your system. Y’all I’m speaking from experience here. Also, side note ~ if you’re having trouble eliminating I highly recommend Senna Tea but word to the wise, make sure you don’t have anywhere to be for the day/night!
I guess the question I’m trying to ask here is ~ how committed are you to your health? If you don’t lose 20lbs this month are you going to give up? I see this ALL the time. People get so mad when they see others losing tons and tons of weight and they’ve only lost a pound or two. Everyone’s body and story is different. I can’t tell you why one person will lose 50lbs in 4 months and another will lose 5lbs in the same time frame. What I can tell you though is that if you don’t give up, you’ll get there too. Give your body the time and grace it needs to get to a place where it can drop the weight. If you don’t, you have no one but yourself to blame mama.
If weight loss is your top goal for 2020 then it’s time you checked out the video mini-series-
