Chunky Pumpkin Soup

This delicious soup is a great transition from summer to fall we just know you and your family will love it! Check out the hearty ingredients below that will warm your tummy as we enjoy this cooler weather with the new season!

Ingredients:
3 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 diced yellow onion
1.5 cans pumpkin puree
1 cup chopped carrots
1.5 cups chopped celery
1-1.5 cup of chopped zucchini (depending on your taste- I added this in)
1.5 cups water
2 cloves garlic, minced
dash of seasoning salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp sirracha  or red pepper flakes (optional- or to taste)
Method:
Combine all in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.  Turn to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
While soup is simmering slice some artisan bread with shredded cheese on top.
If you have left over soup enjoy the next day or freeze for another day.
