“Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pudding”

~Trim Healthy Mama Friendly~

So we have taken Serene’s “Peanut Butter Pudding” and made our own special concoction to blend the best of two favorites…chocolate and peanut butter together!

Use the below recipe as a base and switch out the peanut butter with cocoa powder for the chocolate pudding then pour each pudding flavor into a dish and chill …top with a little skinny chocolate shavings, fat free whip cream or dust it with cocoa and get ready for the most amazing explosion of yumminess in your mouth!

and yes, you can eat this delicious pudding and still lose weight!

So how many servings do you need to get out of this to keep it in FP?

    Hey JoAnn…

I usually make a batch of each flavor and it makes about 4 of those little glass containers pictured, i will double both …if I want to have a couple left over for breakfast or a snack the next day!

    Does that answer your question?

I picked up PB2 powdered peanut butter but I am thinking maybe this is not what you are suggesting. What is protein this protein plus peanut flour and where do I find it?

I just made this into banana pudding. I increased the whey protein powder and left out the coco & peanut flour. I added banana extract and about a 1 1/2 inch piece of banana. Very yummy! Thanks for posting.

Is there a reason why you don’t use THM stevia?

I have used Glucomannan twice now and it seems slimy. Am I doing something wrong or is that just the texture?

You say to add more water at the end but do not indicate to add any water anywhere else in it? Am I missing something?

Hmmm I’m actually not sure! This recipe was from a long time ago. Maybe try it without the water and if it needs to have more liquid added then try to add a little at a time.

      Hope that helps!
      Meggan 🙂
