Chocolate Decadence
~Trim Healthy Mama Friendly~
This is such a creamy and deliciously rich dessert, you’ll want to make it again and again. It’s very simple to put together, just throw the ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy this FP treat as a snack or dessert any time of the week!
Check Out the Recipe Below…
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of skim ricotta
- 1 tsp THM Gentle Sweet
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened DARK cocoa powder
- 2 tsp defatted peanut butter flour
Directions:
- Add ingredients to a bowl.
- blend.
- Blend.
- BLEND!!!
(If you leave little blobs of ricotta, you can pretend they are little clumps of the cream filling from Oreos!)

I just signed up for the menu plans. I think it’s a great idea. However, the pages printed with the recipes are not compatible to my book. Are they from the original thick book? I looked for a few in the index, and they’re not there. Do the 2 books have different recipes? Thanks.

Yes the first bit of recipes are from the original book as that was all we had when the menus came out! We are working on some new and exciting things though so stay tuned!

Surprisingly yummy recipe! I only had cottage cheese around, so used that instead of the ricotta, but it was still really good. This would also be a great post workout snack!
