~Trim Healthy Mama Friendly~
This is such a creamy and deliciously rich dessert, you’ll want to make it again and again. It’s very simple to put together, just throw the ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy this FP treat as a snack or dessert any time of the week!
Check Out the Recipe Below…
- 1/3 cup of skim ricotta
- 1 tsp THM Gentle Sweet
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened DARK cocoa powder
- 2 tsp defatted peanut butter flour
- Add ingredients to a bowl.
(If you leave little blobs of ricotta, you can pretend they are little clumps of the cream filling from Oreos!)
