Caring For The Inside Too
By Meggan Larson
Weight loss can be such a tricky thing I find. There are so many different factors as to why someone may be struggling with their weight and as I’ve said before (and will continue to say) it’s not always as simple as calories in, calories out. Sometimes the issue is emotional, sometimes it’s simply physical in the sense that maybe some internal things aren’t functioning correctly.
This is one of the reasons that I’ve been researching…
…supplements to aide me on my health journey. There are often times that our bodies are not utilizing all of the nutrients from the food we’re eating because our organs are not functioning at an optimal level. I am by no means a doctor and can only tell you about my personal journey. Some of my favorite supplements right now are:
Life 9 ~ Promotes healthy digestion, supports gut health, and helps maintain normal intestinal function for overall support of a healthy immune system. When your gut isn’t performing properly, you can feel sluggish and run down.
Alkalime 8oz. ~ With lemon and lime essential oils and organic whole lemon powder, AlkaLime neutralizes acidity and stabilizes pH levels to maintain overall health and vigor.
And finally Essentialzymes 4 ~ a multi-spectrum enzyme complex specially formulated to aid the critically needed digestion of dietary fats, proteins, fiber, and carbohydrates commonly found in the modern processed diet. The dual time-release technology releases the animal- and plant-based enzymes at separate times within the digestive tract, allowing for optimal nutrient absorption.
I can’t tell you what will work for your body but these have been amazing for me. If you’d like to get any of these feel free to follow this link or send me an email for help!
