Cappuccino Cheesecake Mousse

It’s time for a delicious treat! Whip this up and delight your guests with a tasty dessert. This is such a yummy recipe, you’ll definitely want to make it again and again!

Cappuccino Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  2. 16oz. Softened 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
  3. 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  4. 1-2 tsp. Coffee Extract
  5. 1/2 tsp. to 2 tsp. Vanilla Liquid Stevia
  6. 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  7. Handful of stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
  8. Optional Coffee beans for garnish

Directions:

  1. Blend the softened cream cheese with the coffee in a large bowl.
  2. Add in 1/2 tsp. of stevia, the coffee extract, and the almond milk and blend again.
  3. Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
  4. Toss in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour in the whipping cream and blend until mixture thickens. Have patience because this can take a while! (Give it up to 10 minutes)
  6. Put into serving dishes and place in the fridge.
  7. When you’re ready to eat feel free to top with coffee beans for garnish.
  8. Enjoy!

    can I cut this in half with good results? How many servings per whole recipe?half? Thanks!!!!!

      I’ve never tried to cut it in half but I would think it would be fine! About 4 servings for whole recipe.
