Caffeinate Yourself Without the Junk
By Terri Bonin
Do you need a boost? A jolt of energy perhaps? Back to school is here and it can be a really busy season. Sometimes it feels like you’re just plain running on empty and all the coffee in the world isn’t making a bit of difference. Ugh! It’s times like these that I could really use an energy boost but because I’m so careful with what I put into my body, my options are limited. The caffeine drinks you can get at the corner store are out of the question for me because…
…the ingredients are terrifying.
Not to mention the many people who have had adverse reactions or mixed them with alcohol and had a nasty experience. That’s just not for me thanks! But then what can I do when I really need a shot to the arm? I reach for Young Living’s Ningxia Nitro or Ningxia Zing. Infused with essential oils, botanical extracts, D-ribose, Korean ginseng, and green tea extract, NingXia Nitro supports alertness, as well as cognitive and physical fitness. This is chocked-full of wake up juice without any of the nasty ingredients you can hardly pronounce.
Ningxia Zyng contains a vitamin infusion of vitamins A, B6, B5, E, and B3. With 35mg of naturally occurring caffeine, Zyng gives a nice, gentle kick without harmful ingredients. This really is the perfect pick-me-up for that afternoon slump or after working out. I really like to add a tube of Nitro to a glass and pour the Zyng overtop for a yummy refreshing boost any time of the day (well maybe not the evenings unless you want to stay up all night!).
