Butternut Squash & Bacon Caserole

Okay I admit, it’s not a very Thanksgiving recipe, however, it IS delicious and maybe you wanted to find something fresh and new for the holidays. If so, here you go! If not, well happy thanksgiving anyway. 😉

- 1 Full butternut Squash
- THM Mineral Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Butter
- 3 Slices of cooked bacon
- 1/3 cup of Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of cheese
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Cut the squash in half, rub with butter, and bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top each half with salt pepper, cooked and crumbled bacon mushrooms, and cheese.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
