Well, Science Daily tells us that we can’t see them, but the air that we breathe contains a wealth of biological particles which could damage our health. Between environmental toxins, toxins in our products, and toxins in our food it’s no wonder people are dealing with health challenges!

Taking the grand center stage in our home is our beloved diffuser! That’s right…this powerful little tool also makes our home smell…Aaahhhmazing!
I’ve listed below some of our favorite recipes to diffuse depending on the mood we’re in for that day! As well as if anyone is needing some support!
Here are my top 3 favorites…(right now…lol)
Pumpkin Spice
- 3 drops of Cinnamon Bark
- 2 drops of Nutmeg
- 1 drop of Ginger
- 2 drops of Orange
Spiced Chai Diffuser Blend
Reminiscing Summer
- 6 drops of Tangerine
- 4 drops of M-Grain
- 6 drops of Jade Lemon
- 4 drops of Peppermint
- 3 drops of Sandalwood (Royal Hawaiian or Sacred Sandalwood)
