Boost Your Weight Loss

What if you could boost your weight loss just by adding a few things to what you’re already doing? If you’re drinking lots of water, great! You need to be doing that. If you’re getting out for regular walks or exercising a few times per week, awesome! That will help too. If you’re changing up your fuel sources often enough to keep your body guessing then keep it up! There are a couple more things you can add to your regime to boost you more into weight loss territory.

Essential oils!… Say what?!

Can essential oils help you lose weight?


Water can get pretty boring on its own, am I right? Adding a drop of spearmint and grapefruit vitality oils to your glass of water not only tastes great, they can also support healthy weight management. How? Spearmint vitality aids in digestion which in turns helps things get moving in the right direction. Grapefruit is known to dissolve fat cells and support weight loss. Pairing the two vitality oils are a powerful combination.

Lemon vitality oil has many health benefits when taken internally, including immune support and antioxidant properties. It also provides circulatory support which is really important to reduce cellulite and contains cleansing properties. I like to add a drop or two to my hot water in the morning and start my day out that way (when I remember…let’s just be honest here).

These are just a fraction of the many different things that can help with weight loss. After having lost 60lbs in a year and then gaining most of it back, I am down to my lowest weight since 2015. I will be sharing several tips on how I’ve done that tomorrow night (April 24th) on our FB class “Kickstart Your Weight Loss For Summer”.
