Best Kid Snack Ever!

Simple Recipe Box!

We love these around my house! There are so many ways to adapt these to your own tastes and nutritional needs, it quickly becomes your own recipe. These are great to travel with or pack in a lunch as long as they start out frozen. If doing ‎Paleo or GAPS, just use almond butter. You can add in chia powder or flax powder for extra fatty acids as well, and you may want to make a double batch because they go FAST!

1 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)

1/2 c Raw honey (I LOVE this one!

1/4-1/2 c coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon mineral rich salt.

(This is optional, but every time you can sneak more minerals in your food, you should. This is one that I love for it’s purity and high mineral content!)

1/2 c or more of dark chocolate chips

 

I put all of this in the kitchen aid and mix it up, then roll into little balls about a table spoon size each.

Pop them in the freezer for 10 minutes and then they are done! My kids LOVE these!

    I made these for my son earlier using oat flour because we didn’t have coconut and they are AMAZING! Thanks so much, been looking for an easy, no bake cookie dough recipe for quite some time. 🙂

    these are wonderful I used the 85% chocolate do you happen to know what a serving size is ? I made them for my grandson and I am doing trim healthy mama plan and loosing weight and im diebetic and my blood sugar has been dropping yeah and dr is dropping my meds down, just had another drop and need something to bring it up and I ate 3 balls so I was wandering the sugar in take . thank you so much for your treats 🙂 darla
