Check out this week’s scrumptious recipe that’s gonna be a keeper with the summer months in full swing! This light and delicious dessert-like treat is sure to keep you dropping the pounds while feeling a bit indulgent! Just try and keep enough for yourself without the hubby and the kids wanting to eat your stash!

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • Low-fat cottage cheese (full fat for Keto)
  • Berries
  • Sweetener (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 TB Whipping Cream (keto)

Directions:

  1. Put 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup frozen berries in blender.
  2. Add your favorite sweetener to taste or liquid stevia, vanilla, and whipping cream for Keto, and blend well.
  3. Place in a parfait glass
  4. Enjoy!
