“Berry Yummy Popsicles”

Just in time for summer, the kids will be thrilled to chomp down on this yummy treat and it’s perfect for us Trim Healthy Mama‘s to enjoy! In fact we keep a batch in the freezer at all times for a quick healthy treat at our finger tips!

Berry Yummy Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 0% Greek Yogurt (enough to fill popsicle holders)
- Berries of Choice
- Trim Healthy Mama Sweetener to taste (Canadians get it here) (we use about 1/8 of a teaspoon…but we really like it sweet!)
Directions:
- mix all ingredients in the Vita-mix till smooth and creamy
- pour into popsicle molds
- freeze overnight
