Be Preventive Not Reactive
By Terri Bonin
Years ago (I cringe to admit this) I was a reactive type of person. Someone would get sick and I would give them some oils or pills of dirt or whatever happened to be in my cupboard at the time. Something would happen and I would react. I never took the time to take action beforehand. I never bothered to be prepared ahead of time.
What I learned is that…
…preventive medicine is so much better than reactive.
Now my family oils up regularly. We apply immune-boosting oils to our bodies daily so that we can stay above the wellness line instead of dipping below it and then responding. When you take the time and care to keep your body at optimal health then not only will you stay healthier longer, you’ll also bounce back that much faster.
A mama has so much to do on the daily, we just don’t have time to be sick am I right? Sometimes it feels like if mama is sick, the house looks like a hurricane has blown through it afterwards. I’d personally rather just avoid that altogether by staying healthy! Boosting my body with Young Living oils and supplements helps me do just that.
I talked about Super C and Super B a couple of weeks ago and I regularly take those. Thieves essential oil is my best friend ~ especially this time of year when it feels like germs are floating everywhere. Thieves on the feet and in the diffuser supports my immune system, lemon vitality in my water is hydrating and full of yummy goodness, and staying on top of taking my supplements is the piece de resistance to my ultimate health.
It’s time to be preventive instead of reactive! Stop letting yourself get sick before you start taking supplements and using health products. Do it preventatively and enjoy staying healthy longer.
