Be Kind and Unwind
By Terri Bonin
Have you ever had one of those days? A day where you just need a long relaxing bath and to chill out at the end of the day? I know we’ve all been there. The kids are throwing up all day, the dog pooped on the floor again, the dishes have piled up, and you’re about ready to leave it all and go to sleep at noon. I get it, mama. But how do you ensure that you get a good night’s sleep so that you can tackle being supermom again in the morning?
My trick is a simple little thing called…
…Cedarwood essential oil!
Seriously, this little bottle of goodness is exactly what you need to get into relaxation mode and get a restful night of sleep. I like to combine a few drops of Cedarwood and Lavender in my diffuser to lull me (and the kids) to sleep. Cedarwood has a very calming aroma and always does the trick for me after one of those days. This goes into my diffuser each and every night without fail and also in my children’s diffusers as well.
I just love having a tried and true method of getting enough sleep all night so that I can tackle the day. I only use Young Living essential oils because frankly, they’re the best. YL is the only company with the seed to seal guarantee meaning they stand behind their products 100%. It’s not often I come across a company with this kind of calibre so when I do, I make sure I’m a customer for life. If you’ve been struggling to get to sleep or stay asleep at night, I highly recommend giving this inexpensive bottle of oil a try. You’ll thank me later.
