Bacon, Egg & Avocado Boats

This tasty, slimming, and did I mention delicious Stuffed Bacon, Eggs & Avocado is the perfect way to start the day off right! Full of healthy fats and yummy protein, this meal is sure to be a crowd-pleaser and help jump-start the brain and metabolism!

Trim Healthy Momma Menu Plans


  • 2 Avocados (cut in half with the seeds taken out)
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon or turkey bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Dill to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Take the avocado halves and line them face up on a baking sheet.
  3. Line the holes with crumbled bacon.
  4. Crack all the eggs into a separate bowl and use a spoon to scoop a yolk into each avocado hole. Add in as much egg white as there is room for.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and one drop of dill oil over each egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until bacon and eggs are cooked) and sprinkle chili flakes over top.
  7. Serve warm & enjoy!
