Back to School with Focus!
by Terri Bonin
As the new school year starts, let essential oils make it a great year! Let me introduce you to three essential oil blends that help you have a fantastic year. And let me just add that these oils are not just for students, but for anyone! We all have challenging lives and things we need to get done. So, why not get some help? Stop pouring your 3rd, 4th or 5th cup of coffee for focus and energy. Diffuse one of these and breathe in productivity.
Check out my top three…
This blend was specifically designed to assist with mental concentration and alertness. Combining Basil, Peppermint, Rosemary and other essential oils make this a wonderful aroma to diffuse while studying or doing homework.
An essential oil blend designed to help overcome procrastination and fear. Diffuse or apply to promote feelings of action and accomplishment. It’s a great oil to use when you don’t feel like finishing that paper or project.
A friend of mine claims this oil helps her conquer her to-do list. This powerful blend is high in sesquiterpenes – like Royal Hawaiin Sandalwood, Blue Cypress, and Frankincense. Combining these oils promotes a sense of clearness and focus when diffused.
No matter if your needing to focus on school, work or just getting life done, all three oils will make a tangible difference like they have for us!
