Avo Lime Smoothie
~ Trim Healthy Mama Friendly ~
This smoothie is just what you need to get over that binge weekend (or week, or month…) and get you back on track to accomplish the goals you set at the start of the year. Throw this all in a blender and enjoy the superfood power combo that will kick your metabolism into gear!
Check Out the Recipe Below…
- 1/2 ripe Avocado (scooped out and pitted)
- 1 Cucumber (Peeled)
- 2-3TB THM Gentle Sweet (taste and adjust as needed) (Canadians get it here)
- 1-2 drops of Young Living Lime Vitality Essential Oil
- 1TB Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 3 cups of Baby Spinach
- 1 large can full fat coconut milk
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. MCT Oil (Canadians get it here)
- 1 Scoop of THM Pristine Whey Protein (Canadians get it here)
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend well.
- Taste and adjust as needed.
