Anytime Bulletproof Hot Chocolate

This is a creamy twist on hot chocolate. It is power packed with nutrients and should help you feel full and focused for hours. We recommend using either a hand blender or a blender that can handle hot liquids like the Vitamix. Whip this up and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 2TB unsalted butter (grass-fed is best but use what you have)
- 1TB MCT oil
- 2TB Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. Sweetener (gentle sweet, erythritol, etc)
- Optional whipping cream to top
Directions:
- In a medium pot bring the water and almond/coconut milk to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients (except for whipping cream).
- Blend together using a hand blender or a high-quality blender.
- Top with optional blended whipping cream.
- Enjoy!
