It’s time for a treat the whole family will be raving about! If your family is anything like ours they absolutely flip when Mom comes up with a new chicken dish…especially one that the whole family can’t get enough of…In fact around our table everyone yell’s out…”It’s a Keeper”!
That’s when your heart smiles on the inside and you feel good about giving them not only something they love, but something you love ’cause it’s healthy for them too! Enjoy these Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders for Dinner tonight!

- 1/2 c almond flour
- garlic powder
- Cajun seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- THM Mineral Salt (Canadians get it here)
- olive oil
- Dip chicken breasts in egg white, followed by almond mix.
- Bake on parchment paper on 475 for 25 min.
