Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders

Breading Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c almond flour
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mineral Salt
  • Pepper
  • olive oil



  1. Dip chicken breasts in egg white, followed by almond mix.
  2. Bake on parchment paper at 475 for 25 min.
  3. Enjoy!
