Add Vitality to Your Cooking
By Terri Bonin
Now that fall is officially upon us and with it comes cooler weather, pumpkins everywhere, and some good old fashioned fall cooking! Soups, stews, biscuits, pies, oh my! I just love the smell of yummy food baking or cooking in the kitchen. There is a very simple way to add some vitality to your cooking and I highly recommend it!
All you need to do is…
…add some drops of Young Living vitality oil into your recipe!
There are so many vitality oils and Young Living is always coming out with more. Vitality oils are labeled safe for consumption by the FDA so they are great to use in recipes. Any recipe that calls for spice like cinnamon, black pepper, clove, dill, ginger, celery seed, etc. you can substitute a drop of vitality oil instead…Sweet or Savory!
Essential oils are so beneficial for your body that I try to get them in however I can. Rubbing them on my skin, diffusing them in the air, drinking them in my water, and adding them to my recipes when possible. Adding a couple of drops of Thieves vitality to some hot tea isn’t just super yummy, it’s also amazing for supporting the immune system. A drop of peppermint vitality in a smoothie tastes amazing and gives you the boost of energy needed to get through the day!
The Young Living vitality line is superb and I know you’ll love it just as much when you give it a try!
