Membership FAQ’s
What do I get by being a member?
With a paid membership you will get access to the customized menus. This includes printable menu plans, grocery lists, menu plans accessible on your tablet and phone. You will also receive the option of the grocery list sent to your mobile device for accessing while you grocery shop.
What are the payment options?
You can choose to pay monthly. We accept all major credit cards.
I’ve never tried The Laundry Moms menu plans and I’m not sure if it’s right for me. Do you have a trial period?
We do not offer a trial period since we offer 2 weeks worth of menu plans that are available for free on the website.
Can I gift a membership to someone else?Yes, just add in your friends email information & continue with filling out the payment information.
Can I share membership with a friend?
Membership is one per household. Unless you are in the same household, we ask that you not share membership resources.
Does membership start on the 1st of each month?
No, membership starts the date you sign up. If you sign up for a monthly membership your membership renews on the same day of the month as the month you purchased (ie. if you purchase on January 3rd it will renew on February 3rd).
Will there be mistakes on menus?
We have double checked and tripled checked all menus for mistakes however, we are human momma’s and we do make mistakes. Please know that we will do everything in our power to limit mistakes. If you do find a problem please contact us at MomCare@TheLaundryMoms.com so we can correct it for everyone.
We have instituted some additional check points to improve our system and we promise to correct any errors we find in a timely manner. We believe that the service we offer is well worth the money.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time for any reason.
Please note: there will be no reimbursements for signing up for one month of membership and then canceling. All sales are final on monthly memberships. You will still have access for the month you are paid up through.
Is it safe to add my Billing information on line?
We use Stripe for our shopping cart and they are well tested and very safe.
I see you are using other bloggers recipes and not just your own- is that allowed?
The paid portion of the membership is for the resources we provide, NOT for the recipes. We are bloggers too. We take the utmost care to make sure that we are handling recipes and their creators in highest regards. We know they work hard for very little. In every way we link to their site directly, not their recipe on our site, we encourage YOU to go to their site, see their recipes and try others. We use our social media outlets to promote them and their recipes. We DO NOT want to just use our recipes as we WANT you to know that there are thousands of wonderful food sites out there creating great things.
